Went to the vets

Went to the vet today, Brick got weighed and is 8.45kg. He got wormed and 2 jabs his next worming is in 2 weeks then back to the vets after 4 weeks.

He was really well behaved and is starting to respond to training now, which is a huge reliefm, should be able to start walking him though the vet said it's highly unlikely he'll get anything in Winter. YAY.

Training update

Brick was really good tonight I actually got to do some training we worked on 'come' 'sit' and 'up' and he was getting sit by the end of it.

For the next week I need to stick with those 3 commands. Although I also want to work on 'no' and leave on a lead (like in Good dog U DVD)

That is my goal for the next week.

We have the vet tomorrow 2nd lot of jabs... I cannot wait until I can take him for walks!!

Brick

I've got my new pup brick and he is gorgeous andfunny and I love him to pieces but sometimes he just gets on my nerves how he doesn't listen (or doesn't understand what I'm saying) it just gets frustrating sometimes, I can't wait for the training to get a bit easier even though Tthats a long way off.
Timor is rearing it's ugly head again and although I wouldn't mind going back I don't want to leave Brick here.
First game of hockey for 2 weeks this Saturday... hockey... another reason I don't want to go away, I was planning on a good season this year, oh well time for bed
